1Where does the water come from
The Water Bottle is connected to municipal city water. It is then filtered through a process to deliver our customers water that is safe, and with great taste.
2How is the water filtered
Our stations use a multi stage filtration system. Full details are listed in the filtration section of this website .
3How often are stations cleaned and serviced
Our team comes every other day to clean, service and sanitize locations.
4What container sizes can I refill
You can refill common container sizes, and rewards apply whether filling a 1, 3, 5 or 10 gallon bottle.
5How do I find the nearest station

6How do I know the water is safe?
We test the water 3 times a week for quality and taste.
7What makes your water different than buying 5 gallon jugs at the store?
Our water is cheaper and we use the industries best RO systems to provide the best water possible onsite. You're getting water fresh from the most advanced water filtration systems on today’s market.
8Is this metered or sub metered?
Our locations are sub metered for electric and water usage, with remote motoring of electric and water coming soon.
9Will you have to dig up my parking lot?
Yes, we will have to do some digging, but we will replace any areas of the parking lot we dig, in addition to any landscaping. It will be left the same from before we started, if not better. Landscaping will be improved to provide an inviting environment near and around the Bottle. The area where the Bottle is installed will be better than it was before, guaranteed. Plus it’s no cost to you. We do everything.
10Why should I join the loyalty program?
Customers receive one free vend after 20 vends and Monyx offers random games to win additional money.
